1. The service
Alteus Connect is a talent-matching platform operated by Alteus as part of its AltVIX AI Services business. Experts create profiles and declare or upload skills; hirers define project criteria; the platform proposes matches between the two.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
3. Expert content
By uploading a resume or declaring skills, you confirm the information is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You grant Alteus a licence to process this content to operate the matching service, including automated analysis by AI models.
4. Matching
Match scores and shortlists are recommendations only. Alteus does not guarantee engagement outcomes for experts or hiring outcomes for companies. Final decisions rest with the parties involved.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the platform, upload malicious content, misrepresent your identity or skills, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alteus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
