1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), profile information, resumes you upload, skills you declare, and — for hirers — the project criteria you set. We also collect standard technical logs needed to run the service.
2. How we use it
To operate the matching service: AI models read uploaded resumes to extract skills, and matching algorithms compare verified skill profiles against project criteria. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Resume privacy
Resumes are stored in private storage and are not shown to hirers. Hirers see verified skill profiles and match scores only. You can request deletion of your resume and extracted data at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers that host and power the platform (hosting, database, email, AI processing), bound by contractual confidentiality. Expert profiles are shared with hirers only through the matching process.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us or using your account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile from the matching pool.
